Tippers for Angola
Group 5, the large South African Civil Engineering company have just ordered a further 6 tippers for their Angolan contracts. The tippers are shown below. The are IVECO Model MP380E31H 6x4 EuroTrakker chassis with CALABRESE PA33 tipper bodies with front of body hoist.

Chrome Ore Tippers
Chrome ore tippers are required to handle aggregates ranging from 2600kg/m3 to 3600kg/m3. Our standard chrome ore tipper is between 8-9m3 and produced to the following specification.
Floor 10mm Roq Tuf, sides and headboard 8mm Roq Tuf, all longitudinal members are heavy duty channel, front of body Hyva hoists are supplied, "fail-safe" power take off operation is standard, tipping angle 53° approximately, protected tail lights, fuel and air tank protection, front of body winch operated spare wheel carrier.
Optional chain operated tailgates, scow back and standard bodies.

Coal Tippers
We can supply any tipper required for this type of open cast operation. Options include specific sizes of body up to 25m3, choice of materials used in body construction and the type and make of hydraulics required, "fail-safe" power take off operation, all controls in the cab, chain type tailgates, scow back or standard bodies, fuel and air tank protection options.

All our tippers are produced with particular attention being paid to the operating conditions. Our team is ready and able to advise you on the various options available or to assist in the design and specification of "specials". Materials include Mild Steel, Corten, Roq Tuf, 3Cr12 and Aluminium. Underbody and front of body hoists are available options.
