Preparing to leave for Malawi
1 November 1998 -- Chitsime Drilling has recently purchased an additional drill rig and compressor vehicle to add to its fleet of rigs in Malawi. The "carousel" type drill rig was supplied by Super Rock Drills in Pretoria and fitted to an IVECO ML150E18 freight carrier chassis supplied by us.

Colleens Agencies , also of Mimosa Road, Randpark Ridge co-ordinated the entire transaction.

A further truck was also purchased as the compressor carrier and was equipped with an Ingersoll Rand 750 cfm compressor plus additional diesel tanks and carrying space for field components ...
